Silent Night (Big Band)
This arrangement is a laid back/nice and easy rendition of the traditional carol. Think sitting by the fireplace on Christmas Eve with a crisp layer of snow outside, a nice warm blanket and a foamy cup of hot chocolate. Musically the chart features unison and tight ensemble sections for the band to showcase playing all together with a soft and warm sound. Solo sections can be very melodic/ballad stye, and based around the melody. Rhythm section parts are simple and easy going as well. This gentle chart is a great ballad for any festive concert!
